Training & Competence Obligations
The Training and Competence (T&C) regime reflects the FSA’s principles based approach to supervision and the appropriate qualification of staff in financial services.
This course will highlight how T&C works in practice, the role of the Financial Services Skills Council and how Firms might ensure compliance with the ‘competent employees rule’.
