Please note this is not a "stand alone" course but a series of training courses that will assist in demonstrating that Senior Management have an adequate level of competence.

Firms that are going through the application process with the FSA will need to ensure Senior Management are able to demonstrate they are competent to carry out their responsibilities.

The FSA will expect Senior Management to be able to demonstrate technical and regulatory competence.

Our training courses are specifically designed to assist in demonstrating an appropriate level of regulatory competence. In addition we can help prepare individuals for taking examinations where this is a regulator requirement.

The following are courses we recommend as a minimum for Senior Management in new applicant firms to assist in demonstrating regulatory competence:

1. Senior Management Arrangements, Systems and Controls;

2.  Anti-Money Laundering;

3.  Approved Persons

In addition, members of Senior Management who also have Compliance Oversight/Officer and/or Money Laundering Reporting Officer responsibilities, should recieve training in these roles.

For Senior managent who may be new to the UK Regulatory environment we also recommend attending our course that provides an "Introduction to UK Regulations".
